SIZING
Our Gypsy Wide Leg Jumpsuits are made from pre-cut sarongs, so we don’t have control over the dimensions we start with. All jumpsuits are one size but they all vary a little in the length of the torso, bust to crotch.
depends on the size of the sarong print, i.e. Mandala & Peacock prints tend to be our smallest sarong. They are what we call a “Medium Torso” (labeled “M” for Med Torso not Med Size) and will usually fit XS-M sizes with a measurement of 20-22". Our larger sarongs, generally prints that are repeating, create a longer torso, that fit S-XL sizes best, though we’ve had XS sizes wear them fine by adjusting the straps or tying knots in the legs. The longer torso (labeled “L” for Long not Large) ranges around 23-25” bust to crotch. You want this measurement to be loose though not fitted.
Flattering!
Because there is so much material to create the draping and flowing effect, this One Size fits most. The material drapes inward at an angle which is very slimming on almost every shape and size and the inner leg is the longest which is visually elongating.
Adjustable!
The straps can be tied as a two strap as pictured, or haltered or crisscrossed and adjust for your length here. If tied as a halter, the back two straps are free to tie as a back bow or tuck in for a dramatic backless look or tie around the bust in front. The height/length can also be adjusted in the leg by tying a knot at the longest point near the ankle or on the shorter outer leg seam. The bigger the knot the higher the leg will go! This is how you adjust for kids or very petite heights!
